It’s going to get a little harder to figure out where you want to eat at Park Place this fall. Celebrity Chef Aaron Sanchez’s Mestizo is scheduled to open in October with 801 Chophouse and Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant following later this year, according to a release sent out by Park Place [the Leawood development].
