Chef Natasha Goellner, Part Two: Cartoon desserts and watermelon soda

Pastry chef Natasha Goellner settles into a patio chair outside of Natasha’s Mulberry & Mott, the shop she co-owns with her mother, Vicki. She’s thinking about a half-dozen different projects that will have her creations appearing on the Plaza and in the Crossroads in the coming months.

On Thursday, Goellner recalled her early days baking wedding cakes at SubTropolis. On Tuesday, she talks about how she makes macarons.
