No KC restaurants are among Men’s Health ‘Manliest Restaurants in America’

Men’s Health seems to think that Kansas City eats like a bunch of wimps. In the magazine’s recently released list of the ‘Manliest Restaurants in America,‘ Kansas City is not among the finalists. In fact, we didn’t even manage to sneak into the initial round, which included 45 restaurants from around the country. The Midwest representative, among the nine finalists, is Jethro’s BBQ in Des Moines, Iowa. Their claim to fame? They’ll challenge you to eat a 5-pound sandwich in 15 minutes.
