The Kansas City Star reported last week that chef Matthew Poulton has signed a lease to take over the former Tenth Street Vegetarian Bistro space at 125 E. 10th St. in Lawrence. Poulton is planning to open Queen Lizzy’s Fish and Chips in the coming weeks — a fish and chips shop that will offer proper British fare to the downtown crowd.
