Chef Marshall Roth needs a job
The lawsuit-plagued downtown hot doggery, Dog Nuvo, at 1724 Main sold its last frankfurter last week. Business partners Harry Blasco and Marshall Roth finally decided enough was enough.
“I’m destroyed by the decision, of course,” says Roth, who is still fighting a lawsuit filed a year ago by his former employer Ken McClain, attorney, restaurant owner and Independence bigwig. McClain claims that Blasko and Roth stole trade secrets from him.
