Charles Ferruzza climbed a bluff in the Northland to reach the restaurant for this week’s review. Mazatlan in the Northland is dishing up shrimp quesadillas, carnitas and the kitchen sink in the form of the Botanas Platter (chicken fajita nachos, quesadillas, taquitos, guacamole and queso).
