We’re only two days into this week, but we’re also only two days away from a four-day weekend that begins with the mother of all vacation feasts. Thanksgiving is nearly here. And there is as much joy in thinking about the overeating to come as there is in the actual stuffing of one’s insides.

But let’s say for just one Thanksgiving, you could load your plate with only a single item from the buffet line. You can eat as much as you want, but you can’t have anything else. What’s the one part of Thanksgiving you couldn’t live without?
