Sugo’s Spaghetteria coming to Overland Park in May

Michael Del Pietro wants to take you to the edge – that perfect edge between satisfied and stuffed. The third-generation St. Louis restaurateur is preparing to bring his newest concept, Sugo’s Spaghetteria, to 13386 Metcalf in Overland Park this May.

“Our dishes are filling, but they’re not to that point where you’re going to be going, Oh my goodness gracious,” Del Pietro says.

That’s not to say you won’t end up splitting the portions of pasta and risotto featured on the chalkboard wall menu.
