Raise your knives, carnivores, there’s a new steakhouse in town. The 801 Chophouse opened last Thursday in Park Place (11616 Ash) between the Aloft Hotel and Trezo Vino Wine Bistro.

The menu of the old-style steakhouse includes a 24-ounce porterhouse, a la carte sides, and a rotating weekly selection of fresh seafood. It’s a place where the tablecloths start out white, and your belly is pushing against them by the time you push away from the table.
