You should totally buy a laptop and socks this weekend
This weekend would be a good time to update your underwear drawer or replace the laptop with the lunatic hard drive. Certain items of clothing, school supplies and computers are exempt from sales taxes in Missouri on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The three-day, back-to-school sales tax holiday is a product of state law. Most counties and cities in Missouri are also participating in the program. We bought some socks at the midtown Costco this morning. The register charged $0.00 in sales taxes.
