Worst arsonists ever try, fail to burn down same building three times

Firefighters in Blue Summit must have had a hunch they were dealing with arsonists when they were called to the same building twice in the same weekend.

When they got called out a third time, they probably figured out that they were dealing with really unskilled arsonists.
