Workers picket the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts construction site

On my way to work this morning, I snapped this photo of union workers picketing at the gates of the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts construction site. The local news has mostly focused on the picket lines at the Truman Sports Complex, pretty much ignoring the other work stoppages throughout the city. So here’s a look at one in the Crossroads. A couple months ago, Pitch editor C.J. Janovy snapped photos of the construction, which looks to be halted.
