Woman reports being raped by man she met at Tom Fooleries Bar and Grill

Some guys still haven’t learned that no really does mean no. A 25-year-old Kansas City woman reported to police that she was raped by a man she met at Tom Fooleries Bar and Grill at Zona Rosa and invited back to her apartment early this morning.

According to the Star, the man and woman sat together in a booth at the bar and drank several alcoholic beverages. Around 12:35 a.m., they left and drove in separate cars to the woman’s apartment in the 8900 block of North Pomona Avenue.
