With city services in peril, will Jewish organizations take note?

Every once in a while, something happens in St. Louis that illustrates what Kansas City is and is not.
The Jewish Community Relations Council of St. Louis has stated its opposition of the effort to repeal the earnings tax that St. Louis and Kansas City collect.
The position itself is not all that earth-shattering. What’s interesting is that St. Louis has a Jewish organization that takes such a a stand and Kansas City does not.
