While you were stuck in traffic on Interstate 35, someone was dying from stab wounds (updated)

Update II (2:49 p.m. September 9): Remember being stuck on Interstate 35 during the morning rush Tuesday? You can blame Christopher K. Blacklock.

Johnson County prosecutors have charged Blacklock with first-degree murder in the stabbing death of 29-year-old Ziahdrick D. Williams, which shut down the the southbound lane a couple of days ago.

Blacklock is locked up in the JoCo jail on $2 million bond. But he isn’t the only one catching blame for the shut down.
