What the hell is happening at the Lawrence Busker Fest?

I’ve never been to the Tijuana Lawrence Busker Festival, but I couldn’t get past the following headline, from the press release I received today.

Strong Women, Horse Acts and Mind Reading – All at the Lawrence Busker Festival this year

Probably the equine entertainment happening August 21, 22 and 23 in downtown Larryville will be more in the vein of the guy at right. But something about the juxtaposition of “strong women” and “horse acts” makes me nervous.
