What Are You Thankful For (That Someone Else Is Doing)?

OK, this is gonna seem really cheesy, but here’s the deal. The Wayward Blog is probably not gonna see much activity over the next few days. Some of us are a-travelin’; others are working harder at their day jobs to accommodate coworkers who are a-travelin’. Our poor little watchdog of the scene will go malnourished — unless you help us scratch up some bones.

So, in the spirit of the season, tell us in the comments what you’re thankful for in regards to the local music scene. We wanna hear about the awesome, positive stuff that has you excited. It can be a band, a song, a venue, a person, an idea … anything that you want your fellow townfolk to know about. And save the snark for your aardvark.

The one catch is that it can’t be something you’re involved in. No self-promo here — lifting up of your fellow brothers and sisters in music only.
