You can be the mayor of the gay-hating, funeral-picketing Westboro Baptist Church. All it takes is seven Foursquare check-ins to oust Jim O. from this esteemed position.

Jim O. is Jim Ogle, general manager of Topeka TV station WIBW. Buzzfeed put together a list of “The 15 Most Depressing Foursquare Mayorships,” and the Topeka “church” came in at No. 14 on a list that includes Auschwitz, the Betty Ford Clinic, Scores Strip Club and Riker’s Island Correctional Facility. It could be worse: He could be mayor of the “Phelps Compound.”
