Waldo rapist has NOT been arrested

The Waldo rapist has not been arrested, Kansas City police spokesman Rich Lockhart wrote in an e-mail this afternoon.

Lockhart sent the e-mail after someone posting on the “Lets Find This Prick” Facebook page claimed a KCMO police officer told him that an arrest had been made.
