Video: Rad Omen, “Rad Anthem”

Would it be lazy if I were to describe Rad Omen‘s song “Rad Anthem” as simply rad? Because, frankly, it is. And the video, which features various fast food icons smoking jays, doing shots, and blowing lines of coke as they’re prepping to go out, might be the best subversive use of advertising imagery in ages.

Catchy as this dance-floor banger is, Rad Omen is simply L.A.’s DJ Troublemaker. I assume this was supposed to be an under the radar thing, but Troublemaker admitted it was him in an e-mail, claiming that the video and MP3 had been leaked.
