UCM bowlers lose to guy dressed like Jon Cryer

Central Missouri’s bowling team lost in the finals of the NCAA tournament held in suburban Detroit over the weekend. The Jennies fell to mighty Nebraska, who wore virtually identical uniforms, in the ESPN-televised match. 

The Jennies, featured in The Pitch a year ago, were valiant in defeat. Seeded sixth in an eight-team tournament, UCM beat three teams ranked higher in the National Tenpins Coaches Association poll (yes, there is such a thing) en route to the finals.

A Facebook friend watched the event on television while exercising. “Dropped the remote while riding the trainer,” he said in a status update. Same friend noted that Nebraska coach Bill Straub looked as though he got his outfit at Chess King. Look for Straub sitting to the right of his team in this video.
