Tyree Stuckey, killled by stray bullet, identified as homicide victim at 33rd and Jackson
A rolling gun battle Monday night at 33rd and Jackson left one person dead.
Kansas City police say the victim, 27-year-old Tyree Stuckey, was an innocent bystander. He was shot in the head.
