Two teens caught having sex at Shawnee Mission(ary) North High School

Somebody’s going to get a reputation. Shawnee Mission North High School officials — out guess is coach Beulah Balbricker — busted a couple of 16-year-old students getting freaky in a field house last Thursday.

After Balbricker broke up the sexing, Overland Park police arrested the teens and delivered the students to juvie hall, Overland Park police spokesman Jim Weaver tells The Pitch. The teens’ parents picked them up, and I sense that was an awkward ride home.

The case will now go to the juvenile division of the Johnson County District Attorney’s office, Weaver says. “It’s up to them how and what they want to charge. They could be charged with lewd and lascivious conduct.”

Lucky for the students that they’ve hit the age of consent otherwise they could have been charged with rape.

For the sake of the boys of Shawnee Mission North, let’s hope Balbricker isn’t calling for a tallywacker lineup.
