Two men suspected, one in custody for Cliff Drive double homicide (updated)

UPDATE: Kansas City police have identified the female victim in Monday’s double homicide as 22-year-old Debeney Kreiling. Police are now saying they’re working to identify the male victim.

UPDATE #2: Police say Todd Fonville is now in custody.

Original Story: Kansas City police are looking for Todd Fonville, 18, in connection with Monday’s grisly discovery of two badly burned bodies in a car abandoned on Cliff Drive and Gladstone Boulevard.

The other suspect in the killings, Miguel Apodaca, is in custody.

According to the KCPD, Apodaca and Fonville allegedly attempted to rob the two victims, whose identities have still not been confirmed by the Jackson County medical examiner.
