Turner Gill, Kansas football coach, shoots straight: ‘We’re not a very good football team’

Kansas Jayhawks, at least your football coach is honest. After getting whooped 59-7 — in Lawrence — by in-state rival Kansas State, KU football coach Turner Gill dropped some truth on the Rock Chalkers (via SB Nation Kansas City):

“Right now we’re not a very good football team. That’s the reality of it at this point in time. However you want to take it from that. We’re not a good football team right now.”
