Tristan R. Williams and Jenna A. Hays arrested in connection with death of their 3-week-old daughter

Liberty police have released the names of the two people arrested in the death of a 3-week-old girl.

Police say they arrested the girl’s parents, 28-year-old Tristan R. Williams and 19-year-old Jenna A. Hays, on Wednesday at 615 N. Gallatin in Liberty.

No charges have been filed against Williams and Hays.

Police say the “death investigation” continues.
