Topeka ranked one of the ’10 Best Cities for the Next Decade’

Topeka cracked Kiplinger’s Personal Finance Magazine‘s “10 Best Cities for the Next Decade.”

Watson. “As the capital city of Kansas, nearly 25% of Topeka’s workforce is employed by the government, providing a stable job market where unemployment has stayed around 7%. The city boasts quality schools, friendly people, good hospitals, a university and — one of its biggest selling points — low housing costs.”
