Tonight: DJ Candy Cane at Love Garden

If you’re looking for a way to get some last-minute holiday shopping knocked out, Love Garden will be open until midnight. From 9:00 p.m. on, DJ Candy Cane (aka Love Garden employee Amanda Meyers) will be spinning holiday records.

They’re calling it the “Xmas Mix Tape Release Party & Shopping Extravaganza,” because not only will the store be open late for shopping, it is also to “revel in the release of her 2009 holiday mix-tape.”

Starting that evening, Love Garden will have copies of said tape available for $3, and will also be selling copies of her 2008 Holiday Mix CD, which is “a stone-slayer.”

Get in the holiday spirit (or possibly imbibe some, if you’ve foresight enough to stop at Jensen’s first) tonight.
