Time Warner TV channel shuffle is upon us

I can’t find my stories! Uh, I mean the game. That’s going to be a common theme of today as Time Warner Cable has shuffled its channel lineup. The cable company is calling it a “theme-based” change, categorizing channels “to make surfing a breeze and finding shows simpler than ever.” Oh, yes. Because I was having so much trouble finding what I wanted to watch with an onscreen guide that spells everything out for me.

And although my DVR seems to decide on its own whether it feels like recording my favorite shows, Time Warner claims that I won’t have to reprogram the moody son of a bitch.
