Thrilling Royals condiment race must be seen to be believed
The Royals won in spectacular fashion last night, besting the Angels 4-3 in extra innings after a walk-off RBI single from Kendrys Morales.
Preceding that high drama was a contest of lesser stakes: the pre-fifth-inning Hot Dog Race, where Ketchup, Mustard and Relish compete for glory.

That dive!
Much respect to Ketchup — what hustle! — but is this a legit victory? Ketchup wasn’t burdened by the costume. That’s like boxing with brass knuckles. This is an asterisk situation at best.
We’d argue that last night’s race was slightly more entertaining than the race last year when Mustard’s pants kept falling down.
