The Rhonda Chriss Lokeman DUI video, part IV

We can’t hear the phone call made by former Kansas City Star columnist Rhonda Chriss Lokeman to her husband, Star publisher Mark Zieman, but we can hear Zieman’s voice in this next video. He’s shown up to bail out his wife, who’s been arrested for suspicion of drunk driving. After Zieman leaves, listen to the arresting officer’s claim that Lokeman tried to run from him with just three tires on her minivan.
