The Pixies in Kansas City October 15; presale tickets available today

The Pixies have given KC lots of face time in recent years, appearing here on nearly every recent tour. Its most recent appearance was at the Midland in 2014. This morning, a new fall 2017 date was confirmed for October 15, at the same venue. The band right now includes original members Frank Black, Joey Santiago and David Lovering; bassist Paz Lenchantin (A Perfect Circle, Zwan) has replaced Kim Shattuck (the Muffs), who replaced original member Kim Deal in 2013.  

Presale tickets are available starting today at the Pixies’ website, with code Masher. Tickets go on sale to the public on Friday, February 24, via ticketmaster.
