New York, Paris, Milan … Kansas City? Yep, this city brims with talented designers and fashionable citizens. Need proof? This Saturday is the tenth anniversary of the West 18th Street Fashion Show. This year’s theme is  “A Decadent Summer.” The outdoor event has highlighted the talents of local and national designers since 2001. Organizers are promising their most “over-the-top” production yet, with 18 designers displaying their collections.
