Pitch writer Ben Paynter sat in on The Walt Bodine Show this morning to discuss Kansas City panhandlers. In December, Paynter wrote this Pitch cover story about local panhandlers. The much-talked-about piece preceded a debate about how to curb panhandling in Kansas City.
