The Latenight Callers won’t make it to the MidCoast Takeover at SXSW

Sadly, one of KC’s new favorite bands won’t be appearing at this year’s MidCoast Takeover at the Liberty Bar in Austin this weekend. The Latenight Callers has canceled its trip down to Texas due to illness. Here’s what the band’s Facebook page says:

Ladies and Gentlemen : We regret to announce that due to illness, The Latenight Callers will NOT be traveling to #SXSW for MidCoast Takeover. We apologize for this, tremendously, and hope that our collective health will be better in time for our shows in KCMO next week. Sincerely, TLNC.
