The Granfalloon could close this summer

The Granfalloon Bar & Grill could be closing its door this July if a new lease isn’t hammered out.

Granfalloon owner Tim Caniglia told KSHB Channel 41 that he’s locked in a stalemate with Plaza landlord, Highwoods Properties, despite offering to pay more rent. Not only that, but in negotiations, Highwoods reps told him that someone else is interested in his space.

Doesn’t sound good for the long-time bar on Ward Parkway.
