The Daily Show gets to the bottom of Missouri’s anti-puppy mill initiative

Voters passed the Puppy Mill Cruelty Prevention Act last week. It wasn’t an overwhelming win, but winning ugly is still winning.

The act, also known as Prop B, is already being threatened by lawmakers sucking at the teats of breeder, and drunk on the milk, lawmakers say they’ll dilute the bill. And with good reason, if you follow this Daily Show report (see the video after the jump).
