Terry Riley yard sign lands on Citadel site, says, ‘See what he did!’

One of Terry Riley‘s suspiciously green yard signs has found its way on to the site of the Citadel project in an apparent attempt to remind voters that he once championed the failed endeavor.

Citadel Plaza was a dream to build a sparkling retail redevelopment at 63rd and Prospect. The city advanced the project $5 million so that the developers could begin clearing the site. Big mistake.
