Tea party cancels Freedom Jamboree in Kansas City, Kansas

Sad news for tea drinking Republicans. Organizers of the Freedom Jamboree presidential convention have canceled the event, which was scheduled for this fall at The Woodlands in Kansas City, Kansas.

Freedom Jamboree chairman William Temple, who has a fetish for colonial clothing, told KMBC’s Mike Mahoney: “It appears the Tea Party horse is

riderless, and riding off in all directions at once.”
