Tawanda Kunonga considered ‘person of interest’ in homicide of Raytown woman believed to be Latoya Hopkins

Update (4:38 p.m. June 17): Raytown police have officially identified 33-year-old Latoya Hopkins as the victim of a homicide on June 15.
