Taurian Burton sentenced to more than 250 in home invasion, rape and robbery

Taurian Burton and a partner broke into a home to steal a couple of plasma TVs in July 2009. But the couple was home, and the robbery quickly turned violent. Burton and his partner pistol-whipped and tied up the couple but didn’t stop there.

Clay County Prosecutor Daniel White told Fox 4 that while the male

victim suffered a skull fracture and left unconscious on the living-room

floor, the man’s girlfriend was “dragged into a bedroom,

gang-raped at gunpoint, and sexually assaulted with the barrel of a

handgun.” Yes, you read that right. The female victim reportedly said the rape lasted 45 minutes. For this, Burton is going away for a long, long time.
