Streetside Records will auction off some choice deep cuts at the Union

Whether they’re reopening as another record store, Streetside Records is officially celebrating the end of its vinyl-slinging era with a party tomorrow night at Westport’s newest bar, the Union. Store employees will be on hand, spinning music that ranges from Brit-pop to garage, soul and indie favorites. We also hear that they’ll be auctioning off the last of the store’s vinyl collection, and rumor has it that the collection runs deeper than the shelves of depleted Perry Cuomo selections currently on display.
