In Terry Gilliam’s dystopian and hilarious Brazil, Jonathan Pryce plays an office drone whose soul-crushing job can’t keep him from soaring into the heavens and repeatedly saving a beautiful maiden in his dreams. In Mike Judge’s Office Space, Ron Livingston plays an office drone whose soul-crushing job drives him to rebellious and sometimes felonious deeds of self-actualization. Art/Work: Creativity From the Cube is an annual exhibition of art by the employees and CEOs of a number of area businesses, including BNIM, Sprint, KCP&L, UMB and Garmin. Through Sunday at Union Station (30 West Pershing Road, 816-460-2020), see the Visual and Literary Arts exhibition and vote for your favorite works of art. For more information, see artskc.org.
