Steven E. Mikoloyck gets 10 years for paying $100 to have sex with a 16-year-old girl … who happened to be an undercover cop

Answering a Craigslist ad offering a 16-year-old girl for sex is never going to end well. It’s dumbfounding that pervs haven’t figured out that they’re falling into an undercover cop’s sting.

Take 48-year-old Steven E. Mikoloyck, of Overland Park.

Mikoloyck answered a Craigslist ad placed by undercover officers saying, “While there mommas away

these girls will play. My girlfriend is out of

town her daughters are ready to play with you. Be the first for the

little girls …” And yes, the misspellings are apparently on purpose.

Nice touch.

On January 29, 2009, Mikoloyck exchanged e-mails with an undercover

officer playing a pimp about the price to have sex with a 16-year-old

girl. Mikoloyck picked up the conversation the next day and even called

the “pimp” on the phone.

Finally — on January 31, 2009 — Mikoloyck cut a deal. He’d pay $100

for a half hour with the girl.
