A couple of weeks ago I got this letter from the Missouri Department of Revenue.

What do they mean my check was stolen? How does a check get stolen from the Kansas City license office? And what’s this oh-by-the-way shit about my identity possibly being stolen, too?

I wanted answers, but they were hard to come by.
