Sleater-Kinney reunites, coming to Omaha in February

After eight years on a torturous hiatus, Carrie Brownstein, Corin Tucker and Janet Weiss are getting the band back together. Not only has Sleater-Kinney reunited, but the group is releasing their first full-length album in a decade. It’s called No Cities to Love, out on January 20 via Sub Pop. And they’re going on tour. What do you know? Dreams do come true.

Almost. The nearest Sleater-Kinney gets to our neck of the woods is in Omaha on Friday, February 13. So what? Treat yourself to a Valentine’s Day weekend away.
