Siobhann K. Williams, Platte County auditor accused of sexual harassment, employs ‘I am not a lesbian’ defense

Platte County auditor Siobhann K. Williams is being sued for allegedly sexually harassing Leanna K. Fannon.

Williams, if you didn’t know, is a woman. Fannon, who is married, claims Williams made unwanted sexual advances to her in 2007, and “sent her flowers, spied on her and inquired about her whereabouts.”

The lawsuit may have one big problem.
