Shooting victims not snitching

Friday night there was a shootout at the Tony Aguirre Community Center. The guns came out during a basketball game, and five people ended up shot. Their injuries weren’t life-threatening. Today, Crime Scene KC reports that the KCPD’s “investigation is effectively stonewalled because the victims aren’t cooperating.” Sad but not surprising. Sounds like nothing much has changed since we ran this story almost four years ago.
