Shon Pernice out of jail and in court

Shon Pernice, the husband of a missing Northland woman, bonded out of jail last night, KSHB Channel 41 reports. Pernice is scheduled to be in court this morning for a preliminary hearing on charges that he endangered the welfare of his two sons and threatened a neighbor (the same neighbor that accused Pernice of stealing a gun from his home) on the Fourth of July. A grand jury indicted Pernice in July.
Shon Pernice’s wife, Renee Pernice, disappeared at the beginning of the year. Renee Pernice’s parents now have custody of the children.
Jugular-hungry justice seeker Nancy Grace has also picked up on the Renee Pernice missing-mother story.
Expect to hear more on Pernice later today.
