Shirley Phelps-Roper calls out Florida preacher for plans to burn Quran … ’cause she did it first

The attention-starved members of the Westboro Baptist Church don’t like anyone stealing their bible-beating thunder. Not even Civil War-mustachioed Florida preacher man Terry Jones, who is planning to burn the Quran on September 11 while you’re watching college football.

Shirley Phelps-Roper is reportedly calling Jones a poseur. Fred Phelps‘ daughter told the Star that Westboro’s was burning the Islamic religious text on a Washington, D.C., street back in 2008. “We did it a long time before this guy,” Phelps-Roper told the Star.
